What You’ll Do:
- Assist in monitoring compliance with regulations, including NAC 404.
- Review program data, reports, and client files for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain meticulous electronic and hard copy records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Participate in disaster preparedness drills, supporting follow-up actions to enhance readiness.
- Help identify and resolve quality issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to promote a culture of quality.
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support background checks and uphold safety standards for staff and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in quality assurance within social services or related fields.
- Working knowledge of NAC 404 regulations and compliance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
